You can buy lockers online, of which you will receive a code to open the locker with 12 – 6 hours before the event. For this reason, online lockers must be purchased at least one day prior to the event. Didn’t get the email? Then you can always go to the locker desk at the event. They will be able to find your order in the system. Did not buy an online locker in time? No worries, you can always get lockers at the event.

For each event, we have decided what time the doors will close. Check the ‘INFO’ page of the event in question on our website to see the opening hours. If you arrive later, we are permitted to refuse entry. So, come on time! Costs of the entrance ticket will not be refunded if you come to the event after the doors are closed.

We maintain a zero tolerance policy on drugs. It is forbidden to use, trade or posses any drugs at the event. When the organization spots or confirms any infringements, the offender can be handed over to the police. When the delinquent is being caught he/she will be transferred over to the police. Before entering the event you will be able to deposit drugs in the designated drug bins without being charged with any consequences. 

Persons under the age of 18 are not allowed to enter. Not even when accompanied by a parent, guardian and/or accompanying adult. Costs of the entrance ticket will not be refunded if you bought a ticket as a minor and the entrance is denied. 

At the request of a security staff member, one must be able to provide identification. If one cannot provide valid identification, access will be denied. Valid identification means a passport, European identity card or Dutch driver’s license.

Every visitor will be checked/searched by a security officer upon entering the festival site for the purpose of ensuring safety and health. The visitor may request to have the visitation performed by a security officer of the same sex, which will be followed up by the organization. Complete refusal of the search will result in denial of access.

After entering the venue, the organization is still allowed to search visitors. The visitor may request that the search be conducted by a security officer of the same sex, which will be monitored by the organization. Complete refusal of the search will result in the visitor being removed from the venue.

It is forbidden to sell or offer goods on and/or around the event grounds and parking lots without permission from the organization. As well as reselling our merchandise around the venue. It is not allowed to promote other events on or around the event site without permission.

It is not allowed for multiple people to enter 1 toilet cubicle at the same time. Urinating in public is forbidden on the terrain and one will be removed from the terrain when detected.

Smoking is only permitted at indoor venues in the designated areas. We will always create space for this purpose.

We work with a deposit system on all cups during this event. At the entrance, our visitors receive a free recycle token which they can use at the bar when ordering drinks. All empty cups can be returned to the bar for a new drink or recycle token. By doing this, we make sure that all materials are collected and sorted in the right container. After the event, each material is recycled. This way of recycling is very easy, with much love for nature and a perfect way to reduce our waste!

How does it work?

  1. At the entrance, after scanning your ticket, you’ll receive 1 FREE recycle token from us.
  2. With each drink you order, you hand in your recycle token or an empty cup.
  3. Lost your recycle token and/or your cup? Then you have to pay 0.5 regular token.
  4. When you don’t want to have a new drink, you can hand in your empty cup at the bar.
  5. The bar staff will give you your recycle token in return.

You can also purchase second-hand tickets through our verified partner TicketSwap, these tickets are 100% safe to use. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee access for tickets purchased through other methods.

Hard & soft drugs, laughing gas, joints, food, lollipops, chewing gum, (alcoholic) beverages, glassware, (plastic) bottles, foldable water sacks, cans, flags, sticks, umbrellas, grinders, walking sticks (medical crutches and aids excepted), animals, banners, balaclavas, (partially) face-covering masks, loose metal chains (incorporated into clothing or accessories is allowed), objects with discriminatory and/or provocative texts and/or expressions, polarizing or group-specific clothing, sports club clothing, weapons or objects that could be used as weapons, objects that could negatively affect the safety, health or well-being of visitors, aerosols, sprays, atomizers, fireworks, flares and transport vehicles.

Due to safety reasons, the following clothing items and accessories are forbidden at our events: loose metal chains (incorporated into clothing or accessories is allowed), sports club clothing, clothing and objects with discriminatory and/or provocative texts and/or expressions, balaclavas & (partially) face-covering masks.

If medication is required on medical grounds, medication is allowed. The user must in all cases show a statement signed by a doctor to the organization. In addition to the statement, proof of identity must also be shown.

It is forbidden to climb stages, tents, trees, buildings, fences or other objects on the festival grounds. It is also not allowed to take objects and/or objects from the festival grounds.

Entering the event site is at your own risk. The organization or employees working for the organization cannot be held liable for any injury and/or material or immaterial damage suffered by visitors to the location and/or the event.

Any loss of your items on an event is your own responsibility. We usually collect the Lost & Found items at the merchandise stand. Still haven’t found your items after the event? Check the INFO page on the event website to check how you can collect your items.
